Buying a voucher offers greater flexibility and choice, allowing the recipient to select the treatments, spa day, or experience that suits them best. Rather than committing to a specific package, a voucher gives the freedom to personalise their visit and enjoy the spa exactly how they wish.
Yes, they are essentially the same. Both can be used as payment normally. We offer vouchers towards treatments, spa days, or a stay the suites.
Yes, very much so. Spa vouchers are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or as a wedding gift. They’re also a thoughtful way to say thank you, celebrate a promotion, mark a retirement, or simply encourage someone to take a well-deserved break.
If you’ve selected the wrong voucher or would prefer to change your experience closer to the time, we’ll be more than happy to help amend the voucher, treatment, or date. All changes are subject to availability.
Most of our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If you’re approaching the expiry date and haven’t yet had the chance to book, please get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to assist.
Our vouchers are delivered digitally via email, but there are plenty of creative ways to present a printed version as a thoughtful gift. For example, you could place it inside a beautifully wrapped box with a small spa-themed item, like a scented candle or luxury chocolate, to make the moment extra special.
