Terms of Booking:
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of all bookings. Payments are made via telephone.
- Full payment is required 36-48 hours before arrival. A member of staff will contact you to take this.
- Our online booking system can be used to book treatments only.

Cancellation policy:
Spa Packages – deposits for all Spa Packages are non-refundable or transferable to a new date if cancelled within 7 days of your booking.
Treatments – All deposits are non-refundable or transferable to a new date if cancelled within 48 hours of the booking.
No Shows – If you do not turn up for your appointment or cancel on the day of your appointment we will take the full balance of your booking and request full payment at the time of booking on your next visit
