A suite is perfect for a special occasion when it offers extra space, thoughtful details like our stargazing skylight, and a more luxurious atmosphere that makes your stay feel elevated. Added comforts, privacy, and enhanced amenities all help create a memorable and meaningful experience.
The Suites are beautifully positioned at the top of our estate, offering elevated views across the spa and the stunning Somerset Levels. The Suites building benefits from its own private parking and dedicated spa area, ensuring a more secluded and peaceful experience. Each suite features a shared balcony, thoughtfully divided by frosted glass for added privacy. While the interiors are open-plan, each area is carefully designed and subtly separated to create a natural balance between spacious comfort and personal privacy.
While our Suites are reserved exclusively for guests (with the exception of service dogs), we also offer self-catering, pet-friendly accommodation in our Windmill Retreat lodges. That way, everyone can enjoy a peaceful countryside escape together.
Our dedicated concierge team is on site and ready to assist with any request, ensuring every detail of your stay is taken care of. From arranging room service to thoughtfully tailoring your experience, they are here to create a seamless, memorable, and completely stress-free stay for any occasion.
Yes, our standard rate is bed and breakfast. You can also enjoy nourishing lunches & dinner in site at The Levels Kitchen.
No it is not included, Elements Suites guests have exclusive use of the Avanto Spa Garden which features a hot tub, sauna, experience shower and lounge area. If they want to book into Elements Boutique Spa they can and will receive a 10% discount off treatments.
We’ve chosen not to create a fixed stay-and-treatment bundle so you have the freedom to design the experience that relaxes and restores you most. Our spa packages pair beautifully with a stay in the Suites, allowing you to tailor a seamless escape that suits your pace and preferences perfectly.
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am. However, please do get in touch if we can assist in adjusting these times to better suit your travel plans.
Absolutely, with great pleasure. As local ambassadors, we can source the finest artisan foods, fresh flowers, and bespoke decorations to create a beautifully styled setting for a truly unforgettable moment.
